These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operator of the 33rs platform ("33rs", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://33rs.cam. By registering an account, accessing the platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 33rs platform. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
The following terms, where used in these Terms and Conditions, shall carry the meanings assigned to them below:
To open and maintain an Account on the 33rs Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
- You are not a Restricted User as defined under these Terms.
- You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable national, provincial or local law.
- You have not previously had an Account terminated by 33rs for breach of these Terms.
- You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person for the purpose of placing bets or using the Platform.
- You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and solely for personal entertainment purposes.
- You are not an employee, contractor, director or associate of the operator or any related entity.
When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds and bonuses.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 33rs is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials.
Upon registration, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the 33rs Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:
- You will use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised.
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems, data or other Users' Accounts.
- You will not engage in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or adversely affects the experience of other Users.
- You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that losses are possible. 33rs does not guarantee any return on any bet placed.
- You will access the Platform using your own funds and will not use funds derived from illegal activity.
33rs reserves the right to monitor Account activity for compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. Accounts found to be in violation may be suspended or closed at operator discretion, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
6.1 Deposits. Funds may be deposited into your Account using the payment methods made available by the operator from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited promptly, though processing times may vary by payment provider.
Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL transfer, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as familiar local payment options in Pakistan. Their mention does not constitute an endorsement of, affiliation with or support of gambling by any of those providers. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to the operator's current payment integrations.
6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. 33rs reserves the right to request documentation including government-issued photo identification, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by method and are provided at the point of request.
6.3 Currency. Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the convenience of Pakistani users. Actual transaction processing and conversion rates, where applicable, are determined by the operator and applicable payment providers.
6.4 Fees. 33rs does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees. Users are responsible for any such third-party charges.
7.1 Availability. 33rs may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions and other incentives to eligible Users. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms set out in this clause apply in addition to any offer-specific terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated per offer) must be wagered using eligible games or markets before a withdrawal can be made. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
7.3 Eligibility. Bonuses are generally available to one Account per person, household, IP address and device. 33rs reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw any bonus where abuse is suspected.
7.4 Prohibited Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are prohibited:
- Opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
- Placing low-risk or hedged bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.
- Coordinating with other Users to exploit promotional mechanics.
- Using bonus funds on games or markets specifically excluded under the applicable offer terms.
7.5 VIP and Loyalty Rewards. Tier-based rewards, birthday bonuses and referral credits are illustrative programme perks. Actual values, thresholds and conditions are set by the operator and may change without prior notice. No reward is guaranteed in perpetuity.
8.1 Acceptance of Bets. 33rs reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet exceeds set maximum stake limits, where suspected irregular activity is identified, or where a market is suspended.
8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per market and per User at the operator's discretion. These limits may be adjusted without prior notice.
8.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes. Where a bet is accepted as a result of a manifest error in odds, prices or game data, 33rs reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid.
8.4 Cricket and Sports Markets. Cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments — are available as sports entertainment products. 33rs has no affiliation with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), any PSL franchise, the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any other sporting body. Market availability and settlement are governed by sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
8.5 Live / In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. 33rs is not liable for delays in live data feeds that may affect the timing of bet acceptance during live events.
8.6 Casino Games. All casino and live-dealer game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or by live game mechanics as applicable. RTP (return to player) information for available games is accessible within the Platform where provided by game suppliers.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33rs Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform.
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes.
- Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of manipulation of sporting events.
- Using third-party software, bots or automated processes to interact with the Platform.
- Colluding with other Users or platform employees to gain an advantage in any game or market.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Platform.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening or offensive communication directed at support staff or other Users.
33rs is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be a form of entertainment only. It is not a way to generate income, and players should never attempt to recover losses by placing further bets.
The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users through Account Settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount deposited into your Account.
- Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a specified period.
- Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict Account access for a chosen duration.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion is enforced immediately and cannot be reversed before the cooling-off period expires.
Limits that restrict activity take effect immediately upon setting. Limits that increase existing allowances are subject to a review period before activation. 33rs encourages all Users to make use of these controls and to seek help if gambling begins to feel problematic.

All content on the 33rs Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and data compilations, is the property of the operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 33rs.
Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in termination of your Account and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33rs and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses.
12.2 33rs does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Users access the Platform at their own risk.
12.3 Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of 33rs to any User shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other matter where limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
13.1 By 33rs. 33rs may suspend or terminate any Account, at its sole discretion, for any of the following reasons (without limitation):
- Breach of these Terms or any applicable law.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering or other financial crime.
- Provision of false or unverifiable identity or payment information.
- Confirmed or suspected age-ineligibility.
- Abusive conduct directed at staff or other Users.
- Regulatory or legal requirement.
Where an Account is closed for a proven breach involving fraud, misrepresentation or prohibited conduct, all funds in the Account — including real-money balances — may be forfeited. In all other closures, verified real-money balances will be returned to the User after applicable KYC and security checks.
13.2 By the User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Any outstanding real-money balance, subject to KYC verification and the absence of pending investigations, will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable license. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
Players accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that they do so voluntarily and at their own legal risk. 33rs makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate, lawful or available for use in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction is solely the User's responsibility.
33rs reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided to registered Users via email or on-Platform notification where practicable.
The date of the most recent review is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
